Standard (over the counter) Foot Orthotics

Custom foot orthotics are fabricated on site and adjusted for your personal comfort.  Custom foot orthotics includes follow up visits and adjustments as necessary for ninety days after purchase!

Your heel pain could be caused by shoes with a mid-foot cutout (bend in the middle).   This simple orthotic upgrades footwear so it does not bend in the arch area and can take away pain and fatigue experienced while walking.

Plantar Fasciitis Advice: Keep in mind the first five minutes in the morning.  When the fascia heals while not weight bearing, the tissue shortens.  The pain felt after standing is microscopic re-tearing.  Many people are helped by slipping their feet directly into a highly supportive shoe such as the Haflinger Grizzly Clog or a Birkenstock and standing for a moment before proceeding.  When using other shoes during the day look for footwear with a firm flat sole without a mid-foot cutout or at the very least upgraded with a Tacco Foot Orthotic.
